Refund policy

All USA orders have a 30-day refund policy. Please return unopened, unused product within 30 days for a full refund of the product. You will pay for return shipping and will not receive a refund on the shipping paid upon placing your order. Once the product has been received in the warehouse, and after inspection to confirm unused and unopened, we will refund you to the original method of payment. Thank you! 

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Deadline

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the goods.

Refund Process

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than our standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (this applies to our skincare products once opened)
